Cancellation Policy

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without enough notice, the opportunity is often missed to fill that space.  48 hours notice is required for any cancellation or appointment rescheduling.  Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation charge of 100% the service booked.  NO SHOWS will result in a charge of 100% of the amount of the reserved service and may be required to pay a deposit to book in again.  We are all self employed contractors, so when we get last minute cancellations and no shows we are out that income.
